WARRANTY INFORMATION

All Surface Epoxy Flooring provides workmanship warranties on selected residential flooring systems.

The applicable warranty period for each project will be specified in the customer's quotation, invoice, or written agreement.

Where a workmanship warranty is provided, it covers peeling, delamination, or coating failure directly caused by defective workmanship by All Surface Epoxy Flooring.

The warranty period specified in the quotation shall apply to that project.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

The workmanship warranty does not cover:

• Moisture or hydrostatic pressure originating beneath the concrete slab.
• Moisture vapour transmission through concrete.
• Existing or future concrete cracking.
• Structural movement, settlement, or slab movement.
• Latent defects within the concrete.
• Damage caused by flooding, leaks, rising damp, groundwater, or natural disasters.
• Impact damage, scratches, gouges, burns, abuse, or misuse.
• Chemical spills, staining, solvents, acids, brake fluid, battery acid, or harsh cleaning products.
• Tyre marks, hot tyre transfer, or rubber staining.
• Normal wear and tear.
• Damage caused by third parties.
• Repairs or alterations performed by others.

CONCRETE SUBSTRATE CONDITIONS

Concrete is a natural material and may contain cracks, repairs, contamination, moisture, previous coatings, and other hidden conditions beyond the control of All Surface Epoxy Flooring.

Existing cracks may be repaired where included within the quotation; however, future concrete movement may cause cracks to reappear and is not considered a coating failure or workmanship defect.

MOISTURE DISCLAIMER

All Surface Epoxy Flooring uses professional surface preparation methods; however, moisture originating from beneath the slab is beyond our control.

Unless specifically quoted and installed, no moisture barrier system is included.

Moisture-related failures including bubbling, blistering, whitening, lifting, or delamination are excluded from warranty coverage.

SLIP RESISTANCE

Decorative epoxy and flake flooring systems are designed to provide a durable and attractive surface finish.

Like all flooring surfaces, epoxy flooring may become slippery under certain conditions, including when exposed to water, oils, detergents, dust, dirt, or other contaminants.

Decorative flake systems generally provide additional surface texture compared to smooth coated floors; however, slip resistance cannot be guaranteed under all conditions.

Anti-slip additives and enhanced slip-resistant finishes are available upon request.

Unless specifically stated in writing, All Surface Epoxy Flooring does not provide or guarantee any specific slip-resistance rating, P-rating, R-rating, classification, or certification.

COLOUR AND FINISH VARIATIONS

Minor variations in colour, gloss level, texture, and flake distribution are normal characteristics of decorative flooring systems and do not constitute defects.

Photos and samples are provided as a guide only.

CURING AND FLOOR USE

Recommended curing times are:

• Light foot traffic: 24 hours
• Heavy items and storage: 72 hours
• Vehicle traffic: 4–5 days

Curing times may vary depending on weather and site conditions.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

The customer agrees to:

• Provide safe and clear access to the work area.
• Remove vehicles and personal belongings before installation.
• Follow all curing and maintenance instructions.
• Notify All Surface Epoxy Flooring promptly of any warranty concerns.
• Provide reasonable access for inspection and approved warranty repairs.

PAYMENT TERMS

Deposits may be required to secure bookings and order materials.

Final payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

PHOTOGRAPHS

All Surface Epoxy Flooring may take photographs before, during, and after installation for quality control, warranty records, and marketing purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The liability of All Surface Epoxy Flooring is limited to the repair or rectification of the affected coating area where a valid workmanship warranty claim is accepted.

Nothing within these terms excludes rights available under Australian Consumer Law.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Acceptance of a quotation, payment of a deposit, commencement of work, or payment of an invoice constitutes acceptance of these Residential Warranty & Terms and Conditions.
